Data processed: All data as defined in this data processing agreement
Data retention: As stated in their Data processing and security terms, data is deleted “as soon as reasonably practicable and within a maximum period of 180 days, unless European Law requires storage longer.“

Data processing function: We use Amazon SES (Simple Email Service) and Amazon SNS (Simple Notification Service) to send email and sms.
Data processing location: Europe
Data processed: The recipient email address and telephone number. The content of the email and SMS.
Data retention: The Data is only processed in the moment when an email or SMS is sent. No data is stored in Amazon SES/SNS before or after that.
